2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days, across the UAE.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and Apple Pay (if enabled in your settings).
4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Don’t worry! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also contact us to get an update.
